WHAT IS THE RAW MATERIAL FOR PLASTIC GRANULES?

Additive MB (Master Batch) is used to improve the property of polymer to offer better-finished products. The additive Master Batch is segmented into seven subtypes, namely, antimicrobial, antioxidant, flame retardant, optical brightener, and nucleating agent. Colour MB (Master Batch) We produce almost all colour masterbatches in economic & regular grades even filler free specialized colour masterbatches also produced by Tephra Polymers. White MB (Master Batch)Also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labelling, textiles. Black MB (Master Batch) Tephra Polymers have developed different grades of black Masterbatches, which are based on end use requirements. Carbon black is mostly used in the industry as a black pigment due to its coloring ability, cost-effectiveness and superior end result. Polypropylene (PP) Master Batch, also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. ABS master batch stands for Acrylo Nitrile Butadyne Styrene granules. Their chemical composition render them the physical properties like hardness Plastic granules manufacturers in India.

WHAT IS PLASTIC MASTER BATCH IN MANUFACTURING IN INDIA?

Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and additives (normally of plastic, rubber, or elastomer) encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the plastics process. The carrier material is compatible with the main plastic in which it will be blended during molding, whereby the final plastic product obtains the color or properties from the master batch.

WHAT IS POLYPROPYLENE PLASTIC MASTER BATCH AND USES FOR POLYPROPYLENE (PP)?

Polypropylene (PP) Master Batch is one of the most normally used thermoplastics in India. Polypropylene uses range from plastic packaging, plastic parts for machinery and equipment and even fibres and textiles. It is a rigid, semi-crystalline thermoplastic that was first polymerised and is used widely today in a range of domestic and manufacturing applications. Today, global demand for polypropylene is estimated at around 45 metric tons and this figure continues to rise exponentially.

It offers excellent fatigue resistance and elasticity, securing it a well-deserved standing for toughness and durability. Polypropylene Master Batch has high insulation properties too, making it safe to use for plastic casing in electrical goods and cables. In its fibre form, polypropylene uses are not limited to not only useful for tote bags but also encompassing a much wider range of other products, including ropes, twine, tape, carpets, upholstery, clothing and camping equipment. Its waterproof properties make it especially effective for the marine sector. In the automotive industry, polypropylene is also used widely, for example in for battery casings, trays and drink holders, bumpers, interior details, instrumental panels and door trims.
